Complaints (Alternative Dispute Resolution)

In some instances, if your complaint is with a tour operator we may ask for you to put your complaint in writing and we will then forward this onto the relevant tour operator with an accompanying letter from us.

We can also offer you ABTA’s scheme for the resolution of disputes which is approved by the Chartered Trading Standards Institute.
